Ja tinha esta cesta algum tempo, estava esquecida a um canto a muito tempo.. Então um dia pus-me a olhar para ela e a pensar o que poderia fazer com ela.. e então lembrei-me de fazer este arranjo simples com pinhas, um pouco de tecido e missangas.</div>

junte as claras em castelo. Pré-aqueça o forno a 180Cº. Unte uma forma com
manteiga e verta para lá o preparado da massa e leve ao forno aproximadamente
40 a45 minutos.</span></div>

Ao fim deste tempo quando notar que as maças ja perderam um pouco do volume passe com a farinha mágica e leve novamente ao lume ate que ganhe a consistência desejada e se verifique o ponto estrada. depois de cozinhas reduza-as a puré (devendo derreter muito bem as batatas se
não aparecerá bocados de batata nos bolos). Num alguidar coloque a farinha e
abra um buraco no cento e coloque lá o açúcar, a raspa de limão e a erva-doce.
Desfaça o fermento num pouco de água morna e adicione 1 pitada de sal e junte a
mistura da farinha. Adicione também as batatas, os ovos (já batidos) e os
frutos secos e amasse bem (com as mãos). No caso de a massa ficar muito seca
adicione leite ou então se ficar muito mole junte mis um pouco de farinha. Passe
as mãos por farinha e molde pequenas bolas e coloque no tabuleiro e deixe a
massa repousar durante algum tempo para que cresça. Depois de a massa ter
crescido pincele por cima com gema de ovo e leve ao forno a 180 graus

Depois de já ter a raspa, retire a parte branca das laranjas e corte a restante laranja em bocados pequenos (tente fazer isto num alguidar para que possa reter o sumo da laranja) retirando os caroços. Coloque num tacho as raspas e os pedaços das laranjas, a água e o sumo de limão e a canela e leve ao lume durante 15minutos e vá mexendo sempre. Ao fim deste tempo, adicione o açúcar e deixe levantar fervura (mexendo sempre), depois deixe cozinhar em lume brando (mexendo de vez em quando) ate que verifique que o doce esta em ponto estrada. Misture as claras ao preparado anterior (envolvendo de cima para baixo e nunca mexendo) e vá alternando com a farinha. Unte uma forma (30 x 30 cm) e coloque papel vegetal e volte a untar, deite o preparado e se necessário alise a superfície e leve a cozer em forno pré-aquecido (200º) durante 10 a 15 minutos. Misture os ingredientes restantes ( eu coloquei casca de limão para dar sabor) com os 0,5dl de leite frio e junte depois esta mistura ao leite quente e leve a lume baixo, vá mexendo sempre até engrossar.
